Shipping policy
Hey there!
We're super excited for you to receive your package! To make sure everything arrives in tip-top shape, we kindly ask that you arrange to receive your package as soon as it lands. Leaving it out in the elements, like in the mailbox or on the porch, might lead to DOA's, and we definitely wouldn't want that.
If there's anything amiss, please snap some pictures of all the live goods while they're still in their original, unopened bags and send them our way within ONE HOUR of delivery. We promise to do our best to sort out any issues that might be on us. If there are any delays in shipping or other problems out of our control, you might want to chat with the shipping carrier directly.
***We can't hold onto stock without payment, unfortunately.
***We'll send your package to the address you've given us. Please make sure your address with PayPal is up to date because if the package goes somewhere old, we won’t be able to offer a refund.
***When you're bringing new live plants into your space, there's a small chance of unexpected guests (hitchhikers). If that's something you're concerned about, giving your plants a little treatment before adding them to your tank is a great idea.
We ship via USPS PRIORITY or UPS (we'll choose) – and you'll get a tracking number in your email as soon as it's ready.
By completing the payment for this invoice, you're saying you've got all this info down.
